Destination input in detail

4 Select the destination category, e.g.

"AIRPORT".

5 Select "Index" and choose an entry

from the alphabetical list.

You can restrict the number of names

displayed in the directory by first en-

tering one or more letters of that

name before selecting the "Index"

function.

6 Mark the address of the destination

located in this way and press the but-

ton to transfer it to the destination

guidance system.

The address is stored in the

destination list

To make destination inputs even easier,

frequently-used destinations can be

stored in a destination list (see page 47)

and called up directly from there.

1 Select "Information".

2 Select "Destination memory".

3 Select "Retrieve address".

4 Select the desired address – it will be

transferred to the destination guid-

ance system.

Returning to a recently chosen

destination

The last ten destinations chosen are

stored.

1 Select "Information".

2 Select "Destination memory".

3 Select "Last destinations".

4 Select "Retrieve address", select the

desired address and press the button

to transfer it to the destination guid-

ance system.
